Romance at an Affordable Price Proves Popular With Buyers

July 30th  and 31st marked the Grand Opening of Espana, affordable home development located in the Shadow Hills area of North Indio, California. Prospective home buyers toured family homes that feature amenities that are often found only in high-end developments.  Doug Balog of KW Luxury Homes by Keller Williams Realty remarked, “Espana is one of several active new home developments in the Coachella Valley, and we are very excited about having been chosen to be the marketing and sales partner to present these homes which are an exceptional value, even in the current market. Now, these homes are very favorably priced starting in the low 200s.”  There are just 28 production homes available at these prices, and future phases may experience pricing increases.

Alma said, “With the recent arrival of baby number five we’d completely outgrown our current home, so it was time to move. We’ve had our eyes on this development for months, and when our realtor called and let us know the opening date, we were here within 15 minutes of the doors opening, cashier’s check in-hand.”

The Castros were so impressed by the beautiful designs and the quality in construction and the favorable price tag of just $356,000, that Orlando called his brother-in-law who promptly bought the Francesca, a four bedroom 3.5 bath, 3,560 square foot model, sight-unseen.
